Step back in time to the 1893 World's Fair
The 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition introduced amazing sights, sounds, foods, products and architecture from all over the world. Created and led by the Chicago Architecture Foundation, this bus tour will take you from The Field Museum to Jackson Park to see the only building that still stands on the fairgrounds—the Palace of Fine Arts—as well as the Wooded Island and the "Golden Lady" Statue of the Republic—all remnants of the iconic exposition that drew millions to Chicago 120 years ago.
